First of all, you must realise the need that you should die. There are many many many reasons that you must take care of before you decide to live. Here are some of them.
Also there are many advantages and benefits of your death to other (not the ones related with your will and property) i have listed them too...:)

Respect
This one is related to the previous post. Those people will respect your life and you even more if you suicide rather than dying a natural death. Reason: think yourself, why?
